An Overview

• We provide ClubPRO 3000 Interactive Club Management Software.

• You Data-Enter or Fax your New Membership Contracts. 

• We process Your Contracts and Assign Account Numbers.

• We Produce and Mail Your Custom Member I.D. Cards.

Cards can be mailed directly to new members or distributed at your club.  The bar code corresponds to the member’s ASF account number which allows attendance tracking.

Ø       We Prepare Each Contract for Collection.

Payment choices include custom coupon books, electronic funds transfer (EFT) from checking or savings, or credit card deductions. For month-to-month payments without time obligation, you can choose EFT or monthly statements.

Ø       We Perform Collection, Post Payments and Make Changes to All Member Files.

We update bank account and credit card information, make address and phone number changes, answer all correspondence, and provide a toll-free Member Account Information Line.

Ø       We Download to Your Club Computer Nightly.

Automated downloads last only a few seconds. All payment are posted, new balances calculated, payment histories updated, and member file changes are completed when you arrive in the morning.

Ø       We Back-Up and Store Your Club Information Daily.

Once our nightly download function is completed, we upload and store your club’s information on our mainframe as backup.  As an ASF client, your member files, contract balances, payment histories, photo images and attendance records are always secure.

Ø       We Deposit Into Your Account Weekly.

To maximize cash flow, your collection checks are mailed weekly or funds can be transferred directly into your club’s account.

Ø       We Perform All Collection and Follow-Up Work.

From EFT kickouts to stopped payments, lost, stolen, over-the-limit and expired credit cards, delinquent coupons, divorces, bank mergers, and people trying to cancel; we handle all of this quickly and efficiently by telephone.
